About Women’s Fertility

Mercier Therapy

Mercier Therapy was created to optimize health and wellbeing within the female pelvis by addressing scar tissue and decreased mobility of the reproductive structures.  This gentle and non-invasive technique is beneficial for women of all ages facing fertility challenges, pelvic pain, gynecological surgery recovery, or having gone through traumatic birth experiences, and is performed externally through the abdomen in order to reduce adhesions/increase blood flow in and around the organs, ligaments, muscles, joints, and structures of the pelvis, hips, and lower back.

Prenatal Massage

Relaxing massage tailored to meet the special needs of pregnancy.  Massage during pregnancy not only makes a woman feel pampered, but offers undeniable physical benefits as well.

Postnatal Massage

How soon should you begin receiving post partum massage?  If you’ve had a vaginal delivery, you can begin as soon as you’re comfortable.  It’s recommended to receive at least three sessions during the first four months to speed your body’s healing and recovery.
